Welcome to the website of RAM Tree Service LLC (https://ramtreeservicellc.com). By accessing this website or engaging our tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, or emergency storm response services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Estimates & Scopes of Work

All non-emergency tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding proposals are provided as itemized written estimates following on-site evaluation or photographic triage. Estimates specify:

• Scope of arboricultural work and specific trees identified
• Method of access (climbing, rope rigging, ground friction)
• Debris disposal plan (chipping, log haul-away, or firewood staging)
• Stump grinding depth and root flare treatment where contracted

2. Safety, Property Access & Underground Utilities

Property owners are responsible for identifying private underground lines (e.g., invisible pet fencing, private irrigation lines, outdoor low-voltage lighting, private septic tanks and drain lines) prior to stump grinding or heavy rigging operations. Public utility locate requests (NC 811) are coordinated where excavation or ground disturbance is required.

During active tree climbing and felling operations, clients, children, and domestic animals must remain inside or outside the designated safety drop zone.

3. Insurance & Professional Licensing

RAM Tree Service LLC maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance specifically covering tree care, high-angle climbing, and rigging operations. Certificates of insurance listing the property owner as certificate holder are available upon request.

4. Emergency & Storm Operations

During catastrophic weather events (such as high-wind squalls, severe ice storms, or hurricane recovery), emergency life-safety and structural clearance operations take precedence. Emergency work is billed according to agreed emergency rate schedules or direct insurance-claim documentation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from services performed shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Burke County, North Carolina.
